    Firstly I didn’t receive a silver iPhone but a dark grey one. I’m disappointed that this information wasn’t given to me, instead I only found out when I opened the package. That was very disappointing for the receiver because they had specifically asked for a silver iPhone and was expecting that. I will say I was happy with customer services who always responded promptly. It just would have been nice to have been told I wasn’t going to get the phone I ordered and was expecting. However, once I asked for a refund, they immediately gave me what I needed in order to do that. I’m in the process of returning the phone now as it later turned off and wouldn’t go back on. All in all not the best experience and could have been better but not the worst either.
