    phone was unlocked but still had old owners details saved to everything, even was still logged into her Instagram! Charger that came with it does not work , plus battery life is awful. Not happy with this phone.

    Hello, Personally I wouldn't recommend anyone to buy from here. I purchased unlocked phone, it arrived on time and when I wanted to set up found out it's locked to some network but I purchased unlocked. So I contacted with seller who agreed to take back phone and refund my money. Later after few days I got message they have difficulty to refund but they had not any difficulty to receive....... So I had to contact my PayPal but seller would not like to respond. But after waiting for month, finally got my money back. Luckily I was with PayPal who helped me getting my money back what if had bought it from my card..... I don't want to imagine that. Overall experience was really bad and wouldn't advice anyone to buy from this seller. Thanks for reading

    Having purchased an unlocked iPhone 6s I discovered that it isn’t unlocked at all. It’s locked onto the three network. The back market are completely uninterested in the fact that they’ve falsely sold an unlocked phone. They won’t unlock it, or pay for it to be unlocked. ‘It’s just one of those things’ apparently. Very poor. Avoid, avoid, avoid…

    I contacted you after the attempt to charge my mobile for the 2nd time,I had a message telling me to unplug immediately as there was moisture in the port.I was told someone would contact me within 24hrs."No one ever did" After 2 days I looked on line and found out how to reboot it back to factory settings.I also said there were marks on the screen and was under the impression would be mint,the battery lasts less than 24hrs with v little use(no videos or games usage) Poor customer service and no follow up WHATSOEVER.
