    Upgrade to my IPhone 11 Pro after dropping and breaking screen. iPhone 15 Pro turned up very quickly and was in amazing like new condition. Price was very good for a relatively new phone and exactly what I expected from Back Market as I’ve purchased several phones from this company. Would really recommend this as a way to upgrade without paying a heavy cost for a new phone. Thank you amazing service again.

    This is my 3rd phone off backmarket, all of which have surpassed my expectations. My s24 ultra arrived in excellent condition, considering it was listed as being in good condition. The screen is in flawless condition, and the back was perfect too. The phone runs really smoothly and easily has all day battery life too. There is nothing negative about this phone for me and I beliveve that the phone is cosmetically and internally identical to a completely new phone. I'm deeply satisfied with this purchase.

    Was exactly as described, flawless, 100% battery health, no complaints with the phone at all, the trade in offer however, is a different kettle of fish... I was offered £250 (I know it's not from the sale provider but it was a deciding factor on buying this one) for my 'flawless' Z Fold.. I then receive a counter offer of £25 claiming the screen was faulty!! even though I had pictures to the contrary... they gave me some bs about a common fault etc.. don't trust the trade in system is all I can say.. now waiting to see the condition of my old phone when I get it back?
