    Bought the iPhone 15 pro max for my son’s birthday. I must say it. Was in excellent condition even though I opted for good condition one. I couldn’t find a mark on it. Works just has it should and I would definitely recommend back market to anyone thinking about buying a new device..

    Was exactly as described, flawless, 100% battery health, no complaints with the phone at all, the trade in offer however, is a different kettle of fish... I was offered £250 (I know it's not from the sale provider but it was a deciding factor on buying this one) for my 'flawless' Z Fold.. I then receive a counter offer of £25 claiming the screen was faulty!! even though I had pictures to the contrary... they gave me some bs about a common fault etc.. don't trust the trade in system is all I can say.. now waiting to see the condition of my old phone when I get it back?
