    Buying the phone was a very quick and simple process. However, the trade-in process was another thing! The trade-in envelope arrived some days after delivery of the new phone, the trade-in was despatched same day and arrived at the refurbished nearly a week later, then had to wait from Thursday to Monday to be advised trade in accepted and funds would be in my account within 6 business days! It’s a good job I wasn’t relying on the trade-in to purchase my new phone. In future I will just buy a phone and not bother with trade in.
