    So far so good. If this is what reconditioned goods are like, especially mobile phones i will not be purchasing a brand spanking new phone or anything ever again. The only blemish I can see is the slightest of scratch on the glass front. Apart from that its a brand new phone. Thank you Backmarket♡

    I've been team iPhone for a number of years. After a little research I took the plunge and ordered the Galaxy S9+ from Back Market. The phone itself is perfect. Camera quality is so crisp, which is important as a mother of 2 (lots of photos taken daily!) There are a few features which I love, for example Bixby Vision, and the as standard animated wallpaper. Back Market as a platform has been excellent. Plenty of communication via email, and I was able to track my phones journey every step of the way from France to the UK. I was dubious about the condition of the phone as I'd selected "Fair" but once it arrived I gave it a thorough visual inspection, and all I can vaguely see are 3 tiny hair line scratches on the screen, which once there is a screen protector on and the screen is on, they are completely invisible! All in all, 5star service and product!

    The condition of the phone was far better than I had expected. The transfer of all of the Aps and data from my existing Nokia 5 could not have been easier and so far everything is working well. This is my fourth Nokia phone and it offers so much more than its predecessors. Finally, although it is not possible to use the two SIM card option due to Covid-19, I appreciate that this will be useful once I can resume international travel as it facilitates using a local network, which in the past required I changed the SIM or used a second mobile. In summary it has exceeded my expectations!

    Fantastic service, really quick and effortless from ordering to recieving. The phone was in outstanding conditions, I expected some surface scratches because it was refurbished but there weren't any. My only slight quibble is about the quality of the extras that came with it, the headphones were poor quality and the charging plug was European, not for the UK. An option on purchase to include or exclude these items would have been good as I won't use the ones included.
