    The computer was sold in very good condition but arrived as good as new: the battery had only been through one charge/discharge cycle and was in excellent condition. What’s more, the processor was an i7 rather than an i5 as stated in the advert: I certainly won’t be complaining about that! If I had to rate the product, I’d give it 5/5. As for the order itself, I gave it a 4 because of a delay without any communication: two working days after the stated delivery date, I still hadn’t received a dispatch confirmation and had to contact customer services. I then received the dispatch confirmation later that day, and the computer was delivered two days later. It’s a shame – everything would have been perfect otherwise.
