    The phone was in excellent condition and arrived very promptly. However, I was dubious about the fact it was sold as being Android (Passports being Blackberry) and queried it by chat before I bought. It was checked up and I was told it definitely was, so bought it. I did not expect it to have a strange keyboard (?French) with the Z and Y in the wrong order. It is not of course and sadly, Android but BackMarket behaved impeccably, sending me a returns label. I would buy from them again.

    Product was as described, no issues there. My issue is that I ordered them and there was no mention that they needed to be signed for upon delivery, had I been told this I would have made the necessary arrangements as I was due to be out of the country for a week. I live in a very secluded property where the items could have been left safe and dry and I would have arranged for someone to come and put them inside the house once delivered. I received an email 2 days into my 7 day trip stating that delivery had failed due to nobody being home to sign for the delivery. I immediately emailed Back Market to ask about this and resolving this and guess what, no response whatsoever, even now there has been no response over 2 weeks later. Appalling service.
