    Ya para empezar vino mal envuelto porque venía una bolsa de papel de burbujas pero el móvil estaba fuera de la bolsa, sin la herramienta para poner la SIM. Lo enciendo y lo primero que sale es un aviso de que la batería está considerablemente dañada y necesita ser cambiada, estaba de salud al 79% y en la página pone que mínimo tiene que estar al 85%. Pido un reembolso y el vendedor no da señales de vida, los de atención al cliente de Back Market muy amables, pero quien me tiene que hacer el reembolso es el vendedor, les llegó mi pedido devuelto hace cuatro días y aún no lo han efectuado.

    We need to distinguish between two things: the product and the delivery: 1- The product: it’s in impeccable condition; the lenses don’t have a single scratch and everything works perfectly – the autofocus, the aperture, etc. The only sign of use is on the mount, likely from having been fitted and removed several times on another camera, but that’s to be expected 2- The delivery: a disaster. The parcel took just 24 hours to travel from Madrid to Alicante, which is brilliant. However, the journey from Alicante to Murcia (100 km) took two weeks; I had to make several complaints and contact customer support, both at Back Market and DHL. But it finally arrived.
