    Unfortunately, I will have no choice but to keep the computer that was sent to me. However, I must point out that the computer arrived in a condition I consider unacceptable for a product sold as 'Very Good condition': dog hair, dust, and dried, ingrained dirt residues were present in various places on the computer. I therefore took the time to inspect it thoroughly. Furthermore, the computer received does not exactly match the model ordered: the reference number is different from the one indicated in the listing. However, the technical specifications remain identical to those advertised. Finally, after checking the battery report, it currently only has about 70% of its original capacity. Yet, according to Back Market's quality conditions, a computer sold as 'Very Good condition' is supposed to have a battery with at least 85% of its original capacity. The only positive point is that the technical specifications do match those advertised. Nevertheless, I am generally disappointed with this experience, particularly given the condition in which the computer was received and the discrepancies found compared to the product ordered. I will ultimately have to replace the battery myself, which will incur additional costs, even though the device was supposed to meet the criteria corresponding to its grade. I expected more seriousness and control before shipping. I am therefore taking note of this experience and will be much more vigilant in the future.
