    So the PS 4 is running... whether the PS 4 was really on the test bench is difficult to judge. It could have been cleaned more thoroughly from the inside. There was still dust on the fan blades. I think I will clean the PS 4 again more intensively. It's quite loud at the moment... ...but maybe it's also due to the inadequate thermal paste... the controller was defective, i.e. the L3 button, the lock was defective. Perhaps it was also difficult to test. I noticed it in Fortnite because you couldn't sprint... But: best customer service, they responded quickly to my complaint in a professional and friendly manner and helped me. That definitely creates trust, so I can continue to recommend Backmarket to myself and others without a doubt.

    hm well I don't see what's reconditioned here until proven otherwise: Dirty controller, I had to clean it myself to remove the dead skin from the previous owner's controller. Lack of plastic support pads (they cost 2 euros, at least sell fully reconditioned). A few scratches, but I've accepted that so I don't have to worry about it. Generally, I would not advise taking in good condition (not with a seller who is a Cash)

    The laptop arrived almost a week later after the delivery date had been changed countless times. Apart from that, the laptop was absolutely covered in dust and, worst of all, it had been packed really poorly. Just a reused cardboard box that didn’t even close properly anymore, no extra packing tape for protection, and then just a plastic wrap around it that had torn in several places during transit. The charging cable and other small items could easily have fallen out. If I’m spending that much money, I at least expect it to be sent properly.
