    I think that the person who claims to be a conditioner, apart from changing the packaging of the lens, has done nothing. I had to clean the lens barrel with a special product and the soap was no longer white. Not having put a front cover on the lens is unacceptable to me. Without a 5 to 7 euro brand, I can understand why it would be a terrible expense for him. The "normal/macro" button is hard, because I think it's dirty inside and therefore has difficulty moving. Otherwise no problem with the overall operation of the appliance. I would have put "in good condition" and not "in very good condition". That's what I think, of course it's only my opinion.
