The phone runs perfectly and feels brand new, not refurbished! The phone really did come safely and when I expected it to, regardless of any postal delays.     The iPhone 11 Pro is amazing and great value for money. I’m loving it of every moment since I’ve got it as I switched over from Android to iOS. The only thing is that the plug that came with the phone is a slow charger and takes much longer to fully charge my phone than it should. Other than that no other issues at all. I’d definitely recommend others to you.

    Could not be happier! Everything’s in order, phones in great condition and battery is impecable! I feel like I’ve bought a brand new iPhone. One thing that would push it over the edge, is the unpacking experience. Maybe something a little more cool, but that’s just a thought. It was quite an impulsive purchase but definitely worth it!!     Took over a week to arrive from DNA DEVICES and they sent the wrong phone. Back market and DNA DEVICES took too long to refund the phone and I am still waiting for the return postage to be paid despite BAC Market confirming they would refund. I am fed-up of chasing. Guess luck of the draw. If you buy and are sent what you want, great, but any issues and it is labourious getting your statutory customer rights!
