A real disappointment, I ordered a Microsoft pro 5 tablet in excellent condition. They took a week longer to send me the order than they had promised, but the surprise came when I started the tablet, it already had a username and password, so I could not start Windows from 0 as it was not reconditioned and asked for username and password of another person, the state was not excellent at all. At least I got my money back soon, even so I won't repeat that for sure.
