    Support after finding a problem was excellent. Sending me either at best an unknowingly inferior device or at worst on purpose. The box and device matched serial numbers. The box and device confirmed by reading, it was only 32mb and not 64mb as stated. Wasted my time and effort sending and resending the device back and forth. Not sure if I would use again 😕

    I really didn't give it a lot of thought when I bought it. The Buds 3 is very ill-fitting for me. I really can't say I am enjoying it. I don't know if I am able to return it and swap it with a better fitting model. On a plus side, the service has been 10/10.
