    I'm very happy with the product. The issue I have was with delivery as there were confusing messages and emails being sent about date and delivery. When a date and estimated time where given there was 3 people in the property awake and no one came to the door to knock or ring the doorbell and after consulting the neighbors they saw a dpd car park on the road as it is a cul-de-sac and drive off. We later got a message saying it had been dropped at a pharmacy which caused a bit of an inconvenience

    Really happy with the phone, REALLY unhappy about the delivery procedures.. Apparently there is a ban on customers being able to request items are left in a safe space, my front door is always unlocked because there is another door behind it with a secure lock, I asked if they could leave my parcel inside my front door and the carrier, DPD refused saying the supplier doesn't allow it.. I mean, I have paid for the device, I have given permission, what right does a supplier have to block my request once I've paid for it if the safe space is technically inside my house? A lot of hassle caused by this issue..

    Sync's in fine with my Samsung A10, but the steps, by the end of the day, can be up 500 steps different from app to the wash. Plus the wash your hand feature is a pain, it's disconnected on the app, but, can't disconnected on the phone 😢 Otherwise it's OK.
