    I received what appeared to be a brand new s20fe phone, no signs of use at all; it even had all the plastic protective stickers all round the phone for me to peel off. It did come with 0% Battery though and in a generic box, not the actual Samsung phone box. The phone is working perfectly and looks brand new. I sold my iphone 13 Pro Max after buying this phone for just £250 and the performance of this phone, for how I use it anyway, is comparable. The only noticeable difference is this doesn't have as good battery life as my Pro Max did but I was expecting it not to. Besides that the iPhone can take more photos per second. The battery life on this isn't bad and it charges at 25W fast charging so it is quick to get it back on full charge anyhow. The pro max was the only phone I've ever had where I didn't need to bring a charger when going out and using my phone for hours and hours on end as GPS or on YouTube, the iPhon would last the whole day while I was out. But ios sucks so back to android I have come. The s20fe is a great phone. Screen is lovely, camera works well and shutter speed is fast enough to capture multiple photos in quick succession. Can't complain at all and the price was brilliant - £255 including delivery for a mint condition one of these. Wow. My first time. Buying from Backmarket, and I came to the website after seeing it featured on the gadget show on channel 5 as a recommended place to buy excellently refurbished tech. They were right. 10/10 and I'll be back.

    This was my first purchase of refurbished tech and to say I am impressed is an understatement. The phone did not have a mark anywhere that I could see. I've been using for a couple of weeks and it's working just like a brand new ZX2 but at less than a quarter of the price. I cannot praise Backmarket and their refurbished tech suppliers enough.
