    A straight forward process and a good service. I'd be happy to recommend BackMarket and the A34 I bought. One small suggestion, it would have been good to have an option of what cable my phone came with. A USB to C type cable would have been more useful then a C to C type. I wouldn't have minded paying a couple of pounds to get the appropriate cable.

    The item was delivered with incorrect tracking details, which caused a slight delay in delivery, however it was still delivered within the expected timeframe. A more serious issue is that the item was not delivered with the specification as advertised - it only has one physical SIM rather than Dual Physical SIM. This is unfortunately one of the key requirements I had. As I am travelling the returns process will be too slow, therefore I ended up keeping the phone, and will shop elsewhere in future. Leaving aside the specification issue, the phone was in excellent physical condition.
