    This phone was listed as ‘excellent,’ but after receiving it, I found the battery health is only 76% and it now shows ‘Service Recommended.’ This is very disappointing from the seller, as the phone was not in the condition described. Because of this irresponsibility, I’ve lost both time and money. Now I have to wait for a refund before I can purchase another phone, which will take more of my valuable time. This is very frustrating.

A small piece of rubber on the base has fallen off, and there are a lot of marks and scratches (should not affect use). I do not want the hassle of a return as I need a laptop now, but I am disappointed as I would not say this is excellent quality.
