    The phone is in excellent condition, and has a battery rating of 88, which is highly satisfactory. For the price it s ems to have been very good value. The transfer from my old iPhone 11 Pro Max was easy up to the point of commissioning the eSIM. That was more difficult, but only because my service provider failed to make explicit part of the process. This was nothing to do with Back Market. Anyway, it all works just fine now and I am very pleased with it.

    Ordered with extra fast delivery, but Parcelforce failed to deliver and it took another day. That's not BackMarket's fault, because they despatched promptly, but just a moan at the state of delivery companies these days. The item arrived and wasn't as specified. I reported this through the app, and got prompt replies. Was offered a free collection and refund/replacement, but decided to keep the laptop as it was good enough for what I needed, and they kindly offered a discount. As such, I can't fault the service and would use again.

    I like the laptop but it wasn’t actually an English qwerty board it was American. To get the @ sign you can’t shift and press 2 as that gives an apostrophe. I have to shift ‘ and then I get the @ also no £ sign, again I have to manipulate that to get the £. Not the biggest issue but a pain to keep remembering
