Customer service when trying to go through a repair for an iPad I purchased did not seem authentic. First my iPad was shipped and they gave me a tracking number. Days go by and the tracking number says 'expecting it' and when I enquired, I am told to be patient. Then I inquire again and am told I am getting a refund. I left this experience without the iPad, feeling scammed because not straight answers were given to me. It was just confusing and disheartening that a person could not explain to me what exactly happened. The language used felt like AI or perhaps someone without a good grasp of English.
