    iPad arrived quickly and for a good price. I bought one in 'good' condition because I didn't want scratches on the screen. When it arrived, there were no scratches but the iPad was bent on one corner. Luckily it still fit the case I got for it. I'm not too bothered because it was a fraction of the price of a new one and I'm using it for work instead of personal use, but I wouldn't call a bent iPad 'good condition'. Otherwise a good service and would use again.

    The IPhone 12 was delivered in excellent condition exactly as I purchased. Was delivered with a ‘non Apple’ battery that doesn’t seem to keep its charge for long. It’s fully charged up over night and by midday the phone is down to 30 - 40%. The phone doesn’t recognise the battery and doesn’t give you any battery capacity so I can’t see the current life capacity of the battery. The phone just seems to always be on charge. I’m disappointed with my purchase due to the phones current battery.

    Have made several purchases from Back Market recently - updating the family tec. This time there was a very slight (hardly visible) scratch on the ipad. I'm not that concerned (it was 'reasonable' condition as advertised) and it's for a 9 year old who'll do dreadful things to it anyway (!) but it's the first time an item hasn't been pretty much perfect.
