    The order arrived in a thin plastic bag, the iPad had been partially wrapped in a thin cardboard piece so the edges of the iPad weren’t protected. Also, when turning on the iPad it’s trying to force me to log on to Microsoft Intune with a business account as the previous owner it belonged to hasn’t de-registered it. Hence, until that happens I can’t actually use the iPad as it won’t let me close down the page. Seller should really check these sort of things before selling it.

    I didn’t expect the non apple parts flagged up, especially as this was an excellent rated phone. Also, the battery depletes quickly, as well as the phone getting hot to touch. The battery heat issues are the reason I’ve stopped using my iphone7 and buying this IPhone 11 Pro. I ordered my Mum an IPhone 11 at the same time, it hasn’t any of the issues mine does. I am about to start a return for replacement, which will hopefully resolve my issues.
