So between the battery and the solidity it's heavy. But I knew that when I bought it. You can't fit an extra memory card on this model - there are models where you can, but not this one, which is a shame. So I'm quite happy with this phone. There's a screen on the back of the phone, which seems rather gimmicky given that I still don't know what it's for or how to use it without a manual. I'm also sorry that back market doesn't track the delivery other than a message saying that it's arrived.

After eight days of correspondence with customer services, I’ve heard nothing. I was offered a €40 discount, which I naturally refused. Two days later, still no word from customer services.
