    I wish I could have put more. The computer arrived well packed. It was when I wanted to turn it on that things got tricky. The charger supplied wasn't the right one and the computer was flat, so I couldn't check that it was working. Fortunately backmarket offered me a £30 refund, but the computer was unusable for several days, which isn't very practical when it's time to go back to school. Supplying a charger that you can't plug into the device really isn't very professional.
