    Overall pleased with my purchase. I needed a spare phone for upcoming trip to Australia and didn't want to replace the SIM in my current iphone for work reasons, so rather than buy a cheap disposable burner phone I opted for a reasonably priced reconditioned Google Pixel as I'm currently using a Chromebook and was interested to investigate integration of Pixel phone and compare Google ecosystem to Apple which I'm more familiar with. The phone condition is as expected for 'fair' price point - some marks, but is perfectly OK when put in a case, screen is fine and functionality seems OK but I won't be putting in a sim until I'm in Australia and buy local so can't do a full test drive just yet. One thing I regret is not opting for battery upgrade as it loses power fast even just while switched on and in standby, so a lesson learned. I'm hoping this will be fixed by replacing the battery and isn't a feature of Pixel phones. Overall happy with purchase though, I have bought reconditioned before and it makes sense to me, can't see the sense in buying brand new tech any more than buying a brand new car, especially with Back Markets return and warranty policies, you really can't go wrong. But damn, I should have paid a bit more for that new battery!

    This is probably the 4th phone I have brought through back market, I prefer to buy outright rather than through contract, this way I get to keep my current SIM plan, (that's cheaper than taking out a new plan at today's prices) and by buying refurbished I get a phone in like new condition for around £400 less than new for a pixel 9 pro with 256gb I got a great deal, and I'm pleased to say after a few weeks of use I have absolutely no issues and everything is great.
