    the phone is good quality and condition, bit they replaced the bottom glass with a black panel instead of the green one which should have been the correct colour. and they left the green top bit which is just odd. I got the wrong colour basically.

    The device itself arrived in good condition, but the microphone is not in working order and I cannot make calls or use the phone. It is going to have to be returned and I am very disappointed at the inconvenience of transferring all my files off of the new phone back onto my old. I have heard from the customer service messenger but have reached out for compensation via the email address but am yet to hear back. I would not consider using this company again for this reason.

    The phone back and sides are in good condition with just a couple of marks. The screen had lots of little visible scratches. I got a fair condition so was expecting some but there’s a lot of them and one right across the front camera. It doesn’t seem to affect the picture but I wasn’t expecting it to be as scratched. Battery capacity was 83% which is lower than hoped but within the given guidelines and it does seem to hold its charge for a good amount of time. Would use BM again but would go for a better spec to avoid as many scratches. Delivery and communication was excellent
