    I was disappointed with the device having quite a few scratches and marks to the screen. I was expecting that to be the case on the back of the device but not on the screen. I felt it was not on par with the other items I have bought from you. Having said that it works just fine

    Rather disappointed, device described as fair, this is very inaccurate if anything the device is very worn with a dent in one of the corners. When setting up, clearly a battery has been fitted at some stage but not supported or found by Apple Software.

    Generally it has been excellent- though I suffered an itial problem when charging from a cable - it complained that the cable had detected moisture in the lightning connector but it had been nowhere near water/ rain etc. It had been charging wirelessly with no issues. I restarted the phone and that problem appears to be resolved. The Phone was described as 'Fair' condition but I think it looked to be in EXCELLENT condition - I am very happy with the the new phone so far.
