    The phone, cosmetically, is better than expected, I cannot see any markings on it at all. The only ‘issue’ raised when switching phones via iCloud was a question over whether the battery was an apple replacement. The phone appears to be behaving as expected.

    Device has worked well from the start - face ID seems better than iphone 11 it replaced. Cosmetics excellent - it looks good. Initial max charge was 60% but after a couple of battery cycles it calibrated to 100% - all good. Only negative was minor - the charging cable looked new but the USB-C plug will not go into any of my USB-C sockets far enough to connect, so its unusable.
