    Not great, firstly the battery, which was supposed to be new, needed to be recharged after around 30 hours. Secondly, the device speaker during a call was distorted and echoing, also the recipient complained of a muffled sound from me, suggesting an issue with the microphone.

    Phone arrived quickly 2-3 days after purchase but needed help to set up as phone stated SIM issue. Used the help facility and got repeated message saying ‘working on it’ for 3 days. In the end I was able to see phone remained locked so sent it back. Just waiting for the credit to go into account. Frustrating. Back market is great when all goes well but customer service help seems just lip service. Would I use them again?- yes. This was my first negative experience.
