    Hi, the phone is as described, It s works and functions and to be honest the fair condition from the phone cosmetically was accurate. I put a case on it and some screen protection, its like new :). I cant find anything bad to say. The whole experience was very easy and just nice. Its a pity we cant actually see the actually phone via pictures and to rely on 3 categories was my only gripe. Cheers..

    First time buying anything refurbished and am delighted. I picked the lowest grade which was described as “fair” condition. This made me wonder what i was going to get. It’s basically a brand new phone with just small scuffs on the edges. The screen itself is absolutely perfect condition and the phone itself works perfect. I even got some love heart sweets thrown in with the order. The supplier of the phone was buyur, they are fantastic and backmarket is too. A great app 11/10 :)

    The iPhone comes with a 100% battery health. But still not functioning as it should because it gets very hot after using it for 10-15 minutes like watching a video. The screen looks like is not attached properly to the phone. It has soo many scratches more than usual. I know this because i bought other phone in the past at fair condition and it wasn’t that bad. Wouldn’t recommend. Don’t buy it is not worth it. The charging cable is worth 1 penny very fake not original apple cable as is not working properly.
