    Phone arrived and the speakers don't work. To return the item I had to take time to go to the post office and then wait for the phone to be fixed and sent back. As a result I don't have a working phone with me, which is a massive issue that affects me every day. I'm just disappointed that the phone was not tested properly and this could have been avoided

    I received a phone in poor condition, the screen was very scratched, so I tried sending it back and then I had real problems, I hadn’t verified an account I didn’t want and the phone wasn’t there. I hadn’t verified major problems trying to speak to someone to help me. I tried calling, got the false maintenance message, given out because you don’t want to answer the phone. I tried Instagram, Twitter and email and I even threatened to request a cash back from my credit card company. So major problems, I also nearly got scammed by someone who managed to get into the message trail. Eventually after a few days it got sorted. But the customer service, or lack of it was very poor. I decided to try again, but did so through my wife’s account, due to the problems I had. The new phone should arrive this Tuesday or Wednesday. I hope it’s better than the last one.

    First red flag the phone came in gold not purple but I didn’t mind as it still looked nice. Then while using it I realised the screen was slow and laggy. The camera was blurry. The phone used to overheat then freeze and switch off on a pink screen so the parts were definitely cheap aftermarket and not original as it should be when purchasing premium. Backmarket were great in getting me a refund. Didn’t take to long to return and get my money back. Would use backmarket again but not that specific seller (Buyur).
