I ordered an iPhone 13 Pro Max in excellent condition and the truth is that it looks impeccable, seen from the outside it looks brand new. Battery health at 90% so not too bad. Shipping took a week but I highly recommend it, I've only been using it for an afternoon but so far it's going great and doesn't seem to have any problems. The only downsides are that it came badly packaged, I think they should put more protection, and that the charging cable is not the original Apple one.
