    Sadly my Switch arrived the wrong colour - I had ordered white and received the black/red/blue model. The packaging it was shipped in was poor as well - a big box with bubble wrap around the screen, but the charger/joycons/dock were all loose inside the box with the screen. Luckily it doesn't look damaged but can't be sure. I'm disappointed but wanted to use it anyway despite the colour issue! Otherwise the Switch itself is in good condition with only a minor scratch. I think my experience is more the fault of the seller/shipper rather than Backmarket, who I've always had a great experience with. I think the white and black versions were both the same price so it is more an aesthetic thing and I probably can't send it back as I have given my previous switch away now.

    This must have been a refurbished unit. The item arrived covered in dust on the outside — I can only imagine what the inside looks like. I doubt the thermal paste was replaced either. I tried playing PES 2019, and the console got so loud it sounded like an airplane taking off. It didn’t even come with a controller charging cable. The HDMI cable also didn’t seem compatible with my TV — the screen kept going black and coming back repeatedly, and I had to disable HD display settings to stop it. I bought the Pro model specifically for HD quality, but I couldn’t even use it properly. I’m really disappointed with this purchase.
