    I love getting phones from Back Market, but this was the first time getting a fair condition, usually I buy good condition and the phones come looking brand new, I thought I’d risk the fair as the reviews seemed to be mostly positive. However, the phone is ok, I knew to expect some scratches etc but the screen and body was full of scratches and I didn’t like that the charger port and speaker ports were all full of dirt. The actual phone is working well and I like the model so I decided to keep it as I was due to travel and didn’t have time to get a different one, but I was a little disappointed with the general overall appearance.

    This was bought after I bought very good condition phone of here. My husband wanted a new one, so I ordered him a fair condition and told him it was very good condition, he never noticed. It was in good condition. Waited few days on delivery as it was brought on Saturday and Christmas day was the Monday but it arrived on 27th 3 days early than the delivery time we was given. We both have gone from Samsung to Google and we made right choice, phone is amazing. Will never buy new phones again, we be coming back.

    I am super happy with the quality of my Galaxy S20 FE. I selected a 'good' quality and am not disappointed. Sure, there were a few tiny scratches on the back, but the front was faultless. Besides, when you get a case, no one can see the back anyway? I ordered the phone on a Sunday night and it arrived on Wednesday morning. Nice quick turnaround. I am super impressed with the vast range of phones available all shapes and sizes. The site was recommended to me by my daughter and only disappointment is that I was unaware of their recommendation scheme. Funny thing is that I actually spent approx £350 and bought TWO phones.
