    Hi team, The item was poorly packaged, risking damage, and the strap was of poor quality and not original. It wasn't stated in the advert that the watch came with another poor quality strap. of all the purchases I have made and have always been satisfied with, this was the one that left me unsatisfied with the service provided.     I received a phone with dual SIM (even if specified with the button with single SIM) and also the processor was an older one instead of the one described here on the website. I'm going to monitor it and see if it gives me any issues within the year covered by warranty. Other than this the phone had a few scratches and dust a bit everywhere.(charghin door, upoer front speaker and earphones plug) Apart from this the delivery arrived perfectly on time! :)
