    Battery life very poor, the screen switches off randomly and can’t be switched back on easily and the screen often too dim to read in the daylight. Oddly, belonged to an Australian before as the only keyboard option is English Australian and Amazon etc. defaults to Australia. Very disappointed to have to be without a phone when sending it back to replaced.

    Arrived with a screen coming away from the phone body caused by a swollen battery. The screen was also not an Apple screen. Supposed to be in ‘excellent’ condition! Took a week for a return label to be issued after multiple reviews of photos sent. Not a great first experience of this company.

    I first opened it hoping it was legit the battery health 88% was fine but that was the the main issue I had with this phone when I powered the phone on and I went to settings and it showed me an option to 'finish camera repair' and it also titled the display as 'unknown'. Which means the camera and display are not genuine and legit apple parts, within less than 30 minutes I decided to return it back to its original place which is China.

    Terrible- the phone was listed by a uk seller with a Union Jack flag at the side of it with a suggested shipping time of 1-2 days. The device was in China and took 5 days! It was graded as excellent and when it arrived after booting it up it came up with numerous error messages ie ‘finish your screen repair’ ‘finish your battery repair’ and confirming that those parts were not genuine. The phone battery suggested it was ok but whilst setting up (with 80% battery crashed and when rebooted had 5%) it did this several times. It also went very hot whilst charging. All in all not a good purchase!!

    Device was never actually delivered! Was a bit of an effort to get it sorted. The “seller” just didn’t ship the phone, so after several conversations with support, they said they would issue a refund in the next 5 working days. So I placed a new order, which I actually had no problems with. Service needs to be more consistent and reliable. Waiting 10+ days for any kind of actual support is not good enough.

    Absolute nightmare! There is no option for zero stars. You requested a review so here it is… bought an I phone on 14th may…. No phone ever delivered, even after paying express shipping, expecting next day from UK only to find out after you took payment it was in Hong Kong… seller redirected delivery back to Hong Kong blocking delivery, what kind of scam is this? It’s now 31st May, Still no refund , been a constant fight, phone calls, messages, emails and yet again yesterday you said wait another 5 working day, see if it appears on my bank…..100% DO NOT RECOMMEND BACK MARKET 👎
