    This was my first experience of buying refurbished goods. Hence I was apprehensive about undertaking the transaction. The ordering and delivery of the phone were seamless . I recall that the phone arrived within two days. It is indistinguishable from a brand new product: the phone is pristine and the packaging seemed original and new. To date everything has worked as it should, and I am delighted with the whole experience. I purchased an insurance policy with the phone, and then (unwisely) decided to cancel it. No problem. The money was refunded promptly and customer service (Arthur) was unrivalled. With service like this I would not contemplate using any other supplier.

    Phone arrived quickly and was in perfect condition. I selected excellent so as would be expected. You cannot tell it has been refurbished and even arrived in the original Pixel 7 Pro box.
