    When I received the laptop it had a slight opening like repairs did not tightly close it or something just by the touch pad. Which just made me skeptical. The laptop is also kind of installed with some French software which makes it a bit difficult sometimes as it switches back to the language despite setting it to English. Also had a missing laptop rubber feet on one of the corners.

    The device arrived early and was in excellent condition. The device hadnt been properly factory reset prior to delivery however we simply re-did the factory reset and the disk was then cleared. The adapter the device came with for charging was french but that makes sense as the seller is located in france. Other than these 2 small issues the device is in almost perfect condition, battery health of 84%, feels snappy and is a very good product. *any smudges in the image was after delievery, had been perfectly clean on arrival
