Prompt delivery 👍🏻 Excellent communication 👍🏻 I was recommended Back Market to buy the iPad from as I didn’t want to spend a lot money on one, but was a little sceptical about buying a refurbished item. I am genuinely so pleased with it, you would think it was a new one. I would definitely recommend Back Market and would use again.

Excellent service value for monies with a speedy delivery. The dell latitude was in pristine condition looked brand new. Windows 11 installed successfully.

Very happy with the products and service. Although one item needed to be returned with an issue the process of doing that is simple. The communication about what’s happening is clear and the replacement item came back extremely quickly. As far as I can tell from initial set up the iPads are in good working order and meet the standard as described. These will be presents for my kids at Christmas this year and am excited to see their reaction.

So um it’s going great the phone has no scratches it’s clean and worth buying came with 80 percent battery health which is good especially when it 5 years old now and refunrbished love it and recommend buying thanks back market and I sure will buy more

Bought an iphone SE for my daughter for Christmas, ordered and delivery was fast, with tracking, all the way through. The phone was in excellent condition and very happy with it. Arrived with screen cover and charging cable. Can’t fault it for a first time phone for a 9 year old.

Initially unsure about purchasing a refurbished phone, this however was totally unnecessary. The phone itself and service from Back Market was first class.

I had ordered a refurbished Tab S6 from another site, that was not in the described condition when it arrived, so I sent it back. I then ordered one from Back Market and was delighted. Item in excellent condition, customer service friendly and helpful. Would definitely order from Back Market again.

I was a little unsure about using BackMarket for the first time, but iPad arrived quickly and met all my expectations. It was listed as 'Excellent' condition and I cant argue with that. iPad All set up now and working as expected. I wouldn't hesitate to use BackMarket and this seller again.
