Absolutely delighted with this order: - the delivery arrived early (!) but with no surprises (!), - and once I'd opened the protective packaging, I was ready to get to grips with this new machine: - the product was exactly as described, What more could you ask for! I can only recommend the seriousness of your approach, which never ceases to find new areas for improvement (quality / price / choice / speed of multi-criteria searches / relevant promotion of the products on offer, etc...) in an ever-expanding consumer market.

The poc looks (or rather is ) new, has no scratches, everything works perfectly. It is as described. Excellent experience I will buy from them again, and I will indicate to my colleagues and friends where to buy pc's and smartphones. Really serious company. Thank you

I have just received the PC in perfect condition, as described. The shipment was fast and careful. The only problem was that I received a QWERTY keyboard, although I had specifically ordered an Italian QWERTY keyboard. However, the shop provided immediate assistance and was very available to meet my needs. Overall, I am satisfied with the purchase and the responsiveness of the service.

Perfect. Just one detail: the original keyboard is qwerty, but stickers have been added to transform it into azerty, which prevents the letters from being backlit.

The laptop works very well, it is really suitable for a student: small, fast and handy. Highly recommended!

Fast computer some wear and tear scratches but it fits,overall it's fine.Only problem is that the battery drains quickly,I use in the PC a program where I only have to click a button every 5 minutes to start music and the battery hold time is 2 hours. On the other hand I can't take the hold considering the PC is from 2017.I was hoping they would replace the battery,all in all I'm happy.

Beware of this seller! Zendia di bs is dishonest. I bought a PC that was supposedly in perfect condition, but it arrived with scratches, a shock and several defects. The product does not meet the advertised standards at all. I returned it, but the seller refused to give me a full refund, claiming that the defects weren't there when it was sent. This is a scam: I returned the product in the exact condition in which I received it, but he invented reasons to reduce the refund. A real liar! If I could have given 0 stars, I would have done so.
