While this particular phone Samsung S7 is now "old hat"it was in immaculate condition and meets my requirements 100% My only problem is I am with BT who use EE and the coverage in my area is very poor but thanks to WiFi I can manage fine. A definite 100% to BackMarket for both quality and service

Love the new phone which arrived quickly, safely and in a Samsung S10 box with earphones and charger. It is in perfect condition and works really well. Only thing was it was advertised as Ceramic White but was actually Prism White - still lovely though.

Absolutely brilliant service. Phone arrived promptly and in it’s original Apple packaging with all accessories. Everything, including the phone, was in mint condition, or what appeared to be mint condition as I couldn’t detect any signs of usage or wear whatsoever! You’d be bonkers to buy a new one when you could get one of these. My daughter, who it was for, was over the moon.

The quality of the phone really is excellent. There were lots of different phones to choose from which was great. I opted for one in "mint condition " and was delighted when it arrived as there was not a single mark on it. It arrived swiftly. Positive comments all the way, I would definitely shop again at back market.

Received phone within 3 days as promised. It was in excellent condition with all the warranty paperwork and instructions. I bought the phone as a gift knowing it would get knocked around and has been perfect for the job. Looks good, does everything you would expect from one of the expensive models. One of my better decisions to buy this phone.

So far, so good. Phone arrived in pretty much new condition with all screen and phone protectors attached. Can't tell it's refurbished. Will be using again and will definitely recommend to others

The customer service and the delivery were great. However after a month the screen has started to malfunction. It is flickering, becoming unresponsive, and randomly opening applications and clicking buttons. The condition was described as 'Mint' so I would presume brand new components would have been used to refurbish the phone. If this phone had brand new components that were installed correctly, then this would not be happening . This implies that either the work was done badly or the components were not brand new, either way it is certainly not a 'Mint' condition phone

I am delighted with my new phone. In use, it seems to me to be indistinguishable from a brand new one.

The phone only took one day to arrive which was amazin. The phone seemed to be in perfect condition untill i noticed a small dent on the side of the phone next to the power button. This stopped the button from clickinging properly. The button still works but does not have a tactile feel.
