Great product for the price! I normally buy second hand phones from Backmarket and never faced an issue, I often recommend Backmarket to friends and family. I thought I would give an Apple Watch a go and can’t say that I’m disappointed, was very quick delivery, the battery is good, the product was better than described and honestly I’m very happy with it. I bought an excellent condition Google Pixel 7a. although it really seems like a brand new phone, quite perfect. It arrived very quickly with DPD despite a bank holiday. I've had Samsung phones for a number of years so I'm getting used to this changeover but it's all going well so far and I'm happy to be part of a movement to reduce, reuse and recycle.

This phone was a replacement for a refurbished Samsung A54 5G phone that gave up the ghost after some five years of service. This phone was chosen for the camera and the price. We have three of these in our family, all refurbished, we will not go back to "new" phones again. Excellent service from Back Market and will continue to use them! Thank you.

I ordered the google Pixel 9 for my sister as her 7a is on its last legs and I didn’t want to take out another contract. The phone arrived yesterday and I could not be any happier with the phone I received. I ordered it in excellent condition and looks completely brand new and she loves it so was happy when she got it. The phone runs smoothly and me personally I’m not into google phones but I’ve used it a little and I couldn’t be any more happier with this purchase. I was a bit weary at first as I’ve never used back market and I didn’t get my moneys worth with music magpie a few years ago. But I’m so happy with this purchase and my sister loves her new phone. Thank you back market, when I get my new phone as I want a Samsung, it will definitely be from here.

Fast delivery. iPhone 12 described as excellent, looks like a brand new phone, no marks or scratches visible. Very happy with my purchase. Traded my old phone which was simple and very easy to do, received money about 10 days after posting. Overall excellent service.

I am very happy with my service, I received the device very quickly and it was in pretty much pristine condition, I couldn’t ask for more! 100% battery and a flawless screen. Unscratched casing, and an original apple charger! I could not recommend this more.

This is the first time I had used Back Market or bought a reconditioned item on the net. I was very pleasantly surprised by the experience. The item came within the time widow promised and in good condition. The item itself was as ordered described, excellent condition although the home button took a little getting used to, needing a different pressure to my previous i phone - perhaps the previous owner was a little heavy handed.

As advertised, immaculate and ready to go after smartswitch ran it's course. Never had any problem with a backmarket supplied product. I get them for my family as well as myself. No complaints from them.

It’s a fairly easy journey once you’ve decided what to go for. I wanted excellent condition and it’s certainly that. I wasn’t sure how to actually use it but between grandchildren and Google I’ve managed! I think I’ve got a good deal so thank you Back Market.
