Bought the phone in excellent condition and that is exactly what I got. Really happy with the phone it is refurbished but looks brand new and the service from Back Market was spot on- phone arrived quickly and communication about delivery was great too.

My phone arrived very quickly - within 24 hours of ordering. My iPhone 8 is in very good condition & works very well, transferring over all of my data, etc. with the exception of my text history. My only complaint would be the longevity of the battery which I believe would be better if the phone was brand new. However, given what I paid I am extremely happy & will definitely be using Back Market to purchase phones for my 2 daughters whose birthday is in November.

Bearing in mind my old iphone was rather near to its grave and gave me and a phone shop engineer to get everything sorted over to my new phone, I was very pleased to receive the package far quicker than expected. At a good price too! Having a battery that keeps its charge for several days now is wonderful, and my Iphone 8 works the same as my old 6 - I like familiar. The only draw back is that I have had to replace my ear phones due to the different connector and I have found that I can't use these for hands free in the car if the phone needs charging at the same time e.g. on a long journey. Apart from that, very pleased.

Had it t for about 2 weeks and So far so good the only issue with it is when on the phone to someone at times they have complained that the speaker sounds abit muffled. Other then that the phone is in great shape no scratches no dents. This is my second time buying from back market and both been good experiences and both phones have been in great shape
