My phone arrived faster than estimated and was well packaged. It is in perfect condition, looks like new. So far the quality and functionality of the phone has been perfect. Which is great given its a an older model. I would definitely buy a refurbished phone from this seller again. Thank you

It was a Christmas present for my daughter. It arrived quickly and I was delighted with the condition. It looked brand new. It is in good working order and she is over the moon to have her own phone. I will definitely recommend to others.

My phone arrived very quickly - within 24 hours of ordering. My iPhone 8 is in very good condition & works very well, transferring over all of my data, etc. with the exception of my text history. My only complaint would be the longevity of the battery which I believe would be better if the phone was brand new. However, given what I paid I am extremely happy & will definitely be using Back Market to purchase phones for my 2 daughters whose birthday is in November.

Bearing in mind my old iphone was rather near to its grave and gave me and a phone shop engineer to get everything sorted over to my new phone, I was very pleased to receive the package far quicker than expected. At a good price too! Having a battery that keeps its charge for several days now is wonderful, and my Iphone 8 works the same as my old 6 - I like familiar. The only draw back is that I have had to replace my ear phones due to the different connector and I have found that I can't use these for hands free in the car if the phone needs charging at the same time e.g. on a long journey. Apart from that, very pleased.

The phone arrived in perfect condition looked brand new, however, I've tried several sim cards in it and it's saying no sim. I am concerned the phone maybe blocked by the network it originally came from.

Had it t for about 2 weeks and So far so good the only issue with it is when on the phone to someone at times they have complained that the speaker sounds abit muffled. Other then that the phone is in great shape no scratches no dents. This is my second time buying from back market and both been good experiences and both phones have been in great shape

Was exactly as described and in fantastic condition. Just like new. Even sent a wee rubber pen thing for hitting the keys. Was so easy to order and delivery was so quick. Would definitely recommend this company if you are looking for a phone

Bought this phone for my mother, it's in absolutely perfect condition! Have just set it up for her, she is over the moon with it! Great service, great price and a great phone!! A very happy me and a very happy mother! Spot on!!

This was a super easy and quick purchase and I am really appreciating having a functional device again. Something slightly weird - the phone came with no documentation, no business card or anything like that. If I'd had an issue I would have had to contacted BackMarket first rather than the reseller. The phone itself is really good, mark free and works really well. I'm slowly getting used to a new operating system which always takes a while, but that's pretty normal.
