Had to buy a new phone for my daughter and we both decided get refurbished for once. There was good selection and price on the model she wanted. Delivery was a bit delayed, but once it arrived we thought the condition was very good. Fingers crossed, she loves it so far!

My Father got me the Samsung galaxy s10 lite for a first phone, its pretty decent for a new phone or in general. we are pretty happy with the battery,storage especially the camera!! And its really good for a first phone.We recommend a!!

Excellent condition and my phone was as good as new, I'm impressed with my product and would buy again using the same process. Value For Money its like I have upgraded my Samsung S10+ at minimum cost. Purchasing refurbished items is the way forward for me now. 👍🏾

Great phone so happy with it.Like the size of it ,like the camera, everything.Great coustemer service. Promp emails to keep you updated about your order which was discarded the same day I place an order. Was not happy with the delivery company and because it is a pain to contact them ,I emaied Back Market and they get in touch the same day giving me updates.Great company with great customer services.Thank you.

Phone arrived very quickly, it was so well packaged and presented it looked like a new phone with no sign what so ever of previous use. I've used the phone for a few weeks now and can't fault it. I just put my current sim card in it and off I went. I will defiantly use BackMarket again for my next upgrade and would recommend to my friends & family.

Phone is in perfect condition, brand new, great price, swift delivery and all as described, this is the third phone Ive bought from Back Market - two for my children and now to replace my old note 4. I'll be back when the kids either loose or break theirs!!

Still find it hard to believe I couldn't find any flaws in the handset when it arrived. probably only lost a couple of hours per day on battery drain, and it was pristine. Bonus for turning up in the official Samsung box too. Arrived quickly and well packaged. Really happy.

The phone came in near pristine condition, there are a few small scratches on the rim of it- But, other than that it's great! The battery life is amazing and the phone runs smoothly. It was delivered on time as well.
