Had to buy a new phone for my daughter and we both decided get refurbished for once. There was good selection and price on the model she wanted. Delivery was a bit delayed, but once it arrived we thought the condition was very good. Fingers crossed, she loves it so far!

Still find it hard to believe I couldn't find any flaws in the handset when it arrived. probably only lost a couple of hours per day on battery drain, and it was pristine. Bonus for turning up in the official Samsung box too. Arrived quickly and well packaged. Really happy.

The phone came in near pristine condition, there are a few small scratches on the rim of it- But, other than that it's great! The battery life is amazing and the phone runs smoothly. It was delivered on time as well.

I bought a phone rated as “fine”. There are a couple of marks on the bezel but nothing to complain about, and the screen is like new. The phone is fast and has no problems that I’m aware of. Would definitely use again.
