    Arrived and looked great, but once i put them on 1. they felt much stiffer than my previous pair of QC35II, and 2. there was a high pitch whirring sound in the left ear when they were switched on. Some of the seals also looked slightly wonky on the headphones. The good part is the return process was super quick and easy, just unfortunate I had to return in the first place! Ended up getting a refurb pair on official Bose site instead which have turned out great :)

    I’ve had my Powerbeats for a month now. They are in great condition and the sound quality is fantastic. Case and headphones charge with no issues. Delivery was quick (3 days) and the controls work well. Took me some time to realise that headphones turn off automatically when removed and put in case as it is not obvious from online user manual. Other than that, product works exactly as expected. so far 👍🏻
