    Backmarket sent me a cheaper, older phone than I'd paid for. They sent the iPhone SE (2020) rather than the 2022 model that I ordered. This sells for around £40 cheaper than the 2022 model. If you order this phone from Backmarket, make sure you check the model number in Settings to make sure you're getting what you paid for.

    After over a year of use, these have remained to perform wonderfully. the new shap is very accommodating to my ears. the volume is also excellent. sometimes it does struggle outdoors with both head phones in. Might have to take to be cleaned.

    The watch came in great condition despite the 'fair' grading, perfect battery life. No issues so far, except for a small hiccup when setting up which the team helped me resolve very quickly and responsively. The charging cable shipped with the device was broken so I had to get my own, but apart from that everything was great!

    other than it arriving a bit late it has been completely fine and worked properly, there is one problem with this specific brand which is that the power switch needs to be cleaned from the inside otherwise audio problems will begin to occur, this applies with all Logitech G933 Artemis Spectrums and has absolutely nothing to do with this refurbish, however I haven't managed to go inside of the headset because I don't have a good enough screwdriver so I won't really know if the product is completely perfect until I can get it open and clean it safely. At the moment I am leaving my headset on permanently so I don't have to touch the power button as it will exacerbate the issue.

    Great product and good saving on new. Does not ship with HDMI cable so be sure to buy a good quality one first, Apple TV 4K does not seem to work with Amazon basics cables so budget £5 more for a good one.

    I got my Apple Watch series 6 2 days ago and it’s already broken! The screen became hard to work after my first shower and now has completely stopped working after my last shower. Looks like the seal of the watch is poor as it’s I can see water coming out! Really frustrating. Please can you replace this asap Thanks a lot Patrick Quinton-Smith
