Thank You Very Pleased With My Phone

The buying and delivery service were excellent. The phone is OK. Some of the features that were there on my old phone(Android 6) have gone away in the latest version of Android, so I'm finding it difficult to use, but that's progress for you! There appears to be a lot of bloatware - more progress. And I find that lots of Apps are permanently resident in memory, even when I have not used them, but with 4GB of RAM, it has not proven to be much of a problem, yet! I have managed to delete a couple of Apps that were running in the background and gobbling up RAM and battery power. The small USB cable supplied with the phone only works for charging, not data. Took me a week to figure out it was the cable not the phone, so a different cable allows me to load files to/from my computer - this helps when you have over 400 music albums, or you want to get photos off the phone on to the PC.

Great value for money if you don't have the budget to buy the 14 he highly recommends the 13 which is identical (just a few small differences but nothing obvious). I recommend it 100%.
