Ordering was easy. Received a day earlier than expected however it was left in full view of passers by on the doorstep, so not impressed with the choice of delivery company. However, I expected a refurbished phone but was delighted to receive a new phone. I am very pleased with the Samsung Galaxy S21 5G it meets my expectations. I would recommend Backmarket and will definately use them im the future. A really good service.

Wow wow I was really nervous about buying a reconditioned phone in case it was a rip off Well how wrong was I 🤣 Amazing service,super quick delivery and OMG it looks brand new not a scratch or mark on the phone. I'll definitely be buying from Backmarket again I've already been telling and showing my family and friends the phone and none of them can believe it's reconditioned

Entirely satisfied with my refurbished purchase from Back Market. Looked like new, a ghost of previous ownership in the form of a vodaphone app and Irish news feeds, which have faded away as the phone has identified me from login to the variety of social media and the middle England location data now populating it. Took advantage of the excellent value 2 year accidental damage plan and, with my Galaxy A41 in a sturdy wrap-around case, hope never to have to test it out. My experience to date is that you can buy with confidence from Back Market. Thank-you.

I purchased a refurbished Samsung A40 in excellent condition. The phone is immaculate like new. Great service throughout the purchase etc..Would highly recommend these guys to family and friends. Very pleased

I was more than happy with these EP-T21S buds quite a good quality sound however there was no way i could adjust them to get more bass that is my only gripe , very secure and comfy too i just wanted some bass from me they get a 7/10.

I'm very pleased with the phone. Although it's an old model, the build quality of Huawei phones plus the excellent camera makes it a total bargain. It's my third phone purchase from you and they've all been delivered fast and in excellent new condition.

I ordered this watch as I liked the look of it and I am a Samsung user. Really impressed with it and its really easy to navigate and use. It arrived on time and is in great as new condition. The charger they sent was not the right type but I had a spare. Overall I am impressed, I will certainly be buying used tech in the future.

The only thing I find myself wishing for is a longer battery life, but that's more due to what I'm using it for than anything (PCVR via Airlink). Overall, this headset truly feels as good as new and is an affordable way to get into VR for a beginner such as myself!

The phone is in really good condition. The delivery was very quick. I also came with a really nice case. The only thing I would criticise is that it doesn't seem like all of the content of the phone was erased. I have a few things that were in Japanese. A bit annoying but apart from that the phone is really good considering it is second hand.
