    Entirely satisfied with my refurbished purchase from Back Market. Looked like new, a ghost of previous ownership in the form of a vodaphone app and Irish news feeds, which have faded away as the phone has identified me from login to the variety of social media and the middle England location data now populating it. Took advantage of the excellent value 2 year accidental damage plan and, with my Galaxy A41 in a sturdy wrap-around case, hope never to have to test it out. My experience to date is that you can buy with confidence from Back Market. Thank-you.

    Wow wow I was really nervous about buying a reconditioned phone in case it was a rip off Well how wrong was I 🤣 Amazing service,super quick delivery and OMG it looks brand new not a scratch or mark on the phone. I'll definitely be buying from Backmarket again I've already been telling and showing my family and friends the phone and none of them can believe it's reconditioned

    I was more than happy with these EP-T21S buds quite a good quality sound however there was no way i could adjust them to get more bass that is my only gripe , very secure and comfy too i just wanted some bass from me they get a 7/10.

    I'm very pleased with the phone. Although it's an old model, the build quality of Huawei phones plus the excellent camera makes it a total bargain. It's my third phone purchase from you and they've all been delivered fast and in excellent new condition.

    I ordered this watch as I liked the look of it and I am a Samsung user. Really impressed with it and its really easy to navigate and use. It arrived on time and is in great as new condition. The charger they sent was not the right type but I had a spare. Overall I am impressed, I will certainly be buying used tech in the future.

    As a first time buyer from BM I was unsure what to expect, despite my family telling me how good they are. Now I know what they mean. My S20 phone turned up exactly as promised, excellent condition no hassle just what I wanted. I will now be looking at other tech from the company as I have been so pleased with phone. Give Back Market a go, you will not be disappointed

    Very clever! If you want to contact you not happy with the phone it goes to 404 page. So I thought at least I left a review that Im not that happy with the phone that keeps freezing and crashing,battery life is shortbut I can live with that. But as soon you hit unhappy face it goes to 404 page. Set up in a way you can't leave unhappy reviews unless you hit a happy face. Not fare. Doesnt reflect real company face. Tried multiple time on a different day for a week, so its not a temporary glich.

    Quality of phone is superb, just 2 things: I ordered a blue back case, sent me black. Phone has EE & BT Sport app which cannot be removed, I am not EE or BT Sport so highly annoying phone provided like this.

    Fantastic service, would highly recommend this seller. They contacted me to say the phone I'd selected wasn't in quite the 'good' condition I'd signed up for, and they offered to swap for a better one and add a cover so the colour matched what I'd asked for. I was a little worried but I ended up with an even better condition handset than I'd signed up for. It arrived quickly and customer service was excellent, no issues. I've now ordered a second handset from this seller for my partner!

    Excellent service and swift delivery from Back Market. Most pleased with the product, speech quality fine, comfortable to wear, well packaged. Very pleased indeed. I use them whenever I make a call nowadays, and have just realised that they will save me the cost of a hands-free car kit, so am even more impressed with them!
