I noticed that the button for opening the phone was slightly indented. The other buttons were flush. Is this how the phone was meant to be?

Back Market list phones for sale which their third party sellers do not have in stock. Got refunded, re-ordered, exact repeat. No phone shipped. All they have managed to sell me is a £15 case for a phone I can't get. Annoying first time trying to buy a 'refurbished' phone.

the phone has arrived but is logged into the previous owner's icloud and i can't turn their findmyphone off. this seems like a huge breach of privacy as well as the massive disappointment of receiving a phone that i can't use!
