Fantastic product and fantastic service! I ordered an iPhone 8 Plus on 13/04/20 and despite all the issues with Covid 19, the mint condition phone was shipped from Spain to Liverpool UK and was in my hands on the morning of 15/04/20. Tracking kept me informed every inch of the way. I stumbled across Back Market whilst looking for a refurbished phone and although I hadn't heard of them before the prices were really good so decided to order. I would certainly recommend Back Market to anyone and would not hesitate to use them again. Gerry R

Product as described and in brilliant condition. Fast delivery, a day earlier than expected which was a great surprise. A very happy customer. The charger plug was European but this wasn't an issue.
